If something is broken and this page says otherwise, it means nobody has reached it yet, not that you are wrong.
This page is written by a person. For a machine's answer, probed from outside our network and updated on its own, see the live uptime monitor. If the two disagree, believe the monitor about whether something is up and this page about what is being done.
To check the platform yourself rather than trusting either:
ssh <your-ip> help answers if the SSH daemon is up, and
your own address answering on 80 or 443 is independent of both.
